Exceptional Service and True Professionalism — Especially Thanks to EFE
I recently had an incredible experience with Yolcu360 and wanted to share my story, especially to thank one of their customer service representatives, EFE, who was truly outstanding from start to finish.
When I was booking a car on their website, I faced some issues finding a rental company that would accept my profile (I’m 21 years old and have had my driving licence for less than three years). EFE personally called me internationally and guided me step by step until we found a suitable car rental partner. His patience and professionalism were exceptional.
After completing the booking and payment, the affiliate rental company contacted me saying they could not proceed with the rental because their minimum age requirement was 22, even though Yolcu360’s website stated 21. I contacted Yolcu360 again, and once more, EFE stepped in immediately. He explained the situation clearly, acknowledged the discrepancy between the two companies’ terms, and ensured I received a full refund the very next day with no fees.
He didn’t stop there — he even helped me find another car option that matched my age and licence conditions, which I successfully booked for my family trip. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected travel issue in Egypt (I needed a government security clearance permit to travel to Turkey), I was unable to fly and had to cancel the booking before the rental period started.
Although the refund process took longer this time due to a technical issue with the finance department, I eventually managed to reconnect with EFE, who immediately recognised me and helped once again. He contacted the finance team on my behalf and even arranged for a secondary bank account option to ensure the refund went through smoothly.
While not every customer service agent I spoke to had the same level of English fluency or communication clarity, EFE truly stands out — his English is excellent, his attitude is professional and friendly, and he genuinely cares about resolving customers’ problems.
In short, I highly recommend Yolcu360 not just for their wide range of car rental options, but especially for their reliable refund system and outstanding customer service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them makes all the difference — and Yolcu360, thanks to EFE, handled everything perfectly.

I rented and they charged me for a big SUV and their trusted company offered me a mini SUV which my luggage didn't fit in it. I didn't take the car for obvious reason. They are not returning my money and every time I email them they play with me.
Do Not Trust them.
TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE
I booked in advance using YOLCU360 my booking ref number EDBC095C-595D and specifically booked a VW Passat Station Wagon (Estate) due to the amount of luggage I had. Upon arrival the car was nearly 2 hours late and I was given a Nissan Qashqai. The customer service level was ZERO, when I asked them to help and resolve the issue they became aggressive and continued to say, "its the same segment if you want it take it if not cancel it we have nothing else."
We had a 5 hours drive with 4 passengers in the car and luggage loaded on the back seat due to the trunk (boot) being too small.
After 45 minutes of debating and demonstrating to them that the car was too small they agreed to make a token gesture of 1000 tl (not a huge amount but it showed they were "trying").
3 weeks later no refund and online customer services saying that they can not do this.
The car itself had poor accident repair on front and back bumpers with the bumpers off the bracket and damage on most panels. The auto gearbox was also defective with the vehicle shaking and struggling to move in low gears.
AVOID.
After all of this I have contacted YOLCU360 who have not only deleted my review from their site but they also refused to mediate and resolve the issue.
I will not be using WISH car rentals again and will avoid YOLCU360 too.

Harrasment and lost money for nothing.
This was the second time I have used the company in Turkey for a booking. The first one was for two years ago with a horrible experience and denial in last second and loads of promises for which they have never called again. I thought, maybe they have improved, but it's still the same company, just with you until you click the reserve button on their website, after that, it becomes a pure nightmare with the rental companies they're working with. For days ago I have reserved and just wanted to ask their rental company Windycars how I can reach their office and what I need, no response for days. Then on the day when I needed the car urgently for hospital visit outside the city, they have called me from Yolcu360 and wanted to make background check on phone, what a trustworthy company. However I agreed, then they told me I can't do it with my green background and high profile cards, at last minute, sold me a car from another with lower quality and did another background check. After so much hassle, I went to this company in the city, 12 Kms with a taxi, just to see a bunch of people, totally not trustworthy and not willing to work, in an office called mobileup. What they did? Another background check, as I am at court for criminal records. Finally when I have arrived at the car with the guy, a basic car which has absolutely nothing for the extra more payment, I had few questions about the car and their/my safety, he just went back. When I heard something under the car, I called them to make sure before leaving, he just ordered me to get out of the car and he want to give me a manual, this time even lower quality, when I urged at least a better one, they started like carpet sellers to negotiate. I left the office and said just cancel, called a taxi, this time the office guy just drove with the guy in front of me, crossed me and tried me to agree still for a manual car with absolute horrible quality and same arguments going on and on. When I called Yolcu360, they just made promises and guaranteed to find me a car, but instead after an hour, they called me back, made me guilty instead of the rental company, offered me the same conditions from the very same company who has harassed me, over and over again. When I saw it has no meaning, I just wanted to cancel if not wished car or condition from another company, ended the call. Then the harrasment of Yolcu360 started with different numbers calling me tens of times. İt's just sad. I am a cancer patient going for an important appointment, and sadly needed to rescheduled my time, paid two times for the hotel, made new appointment for the next day, paid extra for a bus ride as a sick man between other people who can infect me, and now here totally exhausted and almost dead. My money is also still withheld and not paid back to my card. Just warning everyone, if you want to get harrassed, lose your money, day and end up with huge frustration, then this is the company for you. Stay away.
Not good at all
Not good at all! Made a booking for Japan but got no car there. Try to call the hotline, said it's english but the turkish Support couldn't speak a word english. Had to made the whole vacation without a car.
